Najar Investigations have consulted with law firms and worked together with them optimal outcome.. A simple answer is when you need the truth. We will provide some examples of their work to illustrate our point.

As the first example, a law firm dealing with probate contacted Najar Investigations in a matter. The scenario posed was that of items from a deceased family member were being stolen before the final order by the court. Najar Investigations deployed a remote camera system which would monitor activity at the target residence without anyone’s knowledge. The data from this surveillance was provided to the law firm in identifying the preparators. The law firm was able to successfully obtain an order from the court to be executed on their client’s favor.

A second example, provided by Najar Investigation was when they were able to help a local firefighter in a divorce case. California it is a “no fault” state, which means neither party needs a reason for filling divorce. However, Najar Investigation was able to assist a local firefighter and his law firm by conducting surveillance, social media investigation and an asset investigation of the opposing party. In this particular case the estranged wife was claiming disability and unable to care for herself. During the investigation, investigators from Najar Investigations were able to secure video footage of the ex-wife working by lifting lumber and furniture to gain unreported funds. In addition, investigators were able to seize videos and posts from social media of her relationship with another man and their plans of marriage. Armed with this information, the law firm was able to convince the court that the ex-wife was not disabled, she appeared to be working, cohabitating with another man and getting ready for marriage. The courts ruled in the client’s favor not giving the ex-wife the financial support she was demanding.

A third example, is of a Iraqi refugee. This lady came to the United States and married another Iraqi refugee. During their 5 years of marriage they had two (2) children. The husband took the family on vacation to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). While at the Emirates he abandoned his wife and took their two kids away from the custody of their mother. Upon the return of the mother to the United States she received assistance from the local community faith group to secure a law firm. The law firm sought to assist the mother by fighting for custody of her (2) two children who were United States citizens.

The law firm contacted Najar Investigations for assistance in locating the husband and/or her children. Through surveillance, investigators learned that the father had returned back to the United States and was working as an Uber driver. Najar Investigations served child custody and divorce documents to the husband. At the conclusion her case, the mother learned that her children were in the UAE with the parents of the ex-husband. Najar Investigations assisted the law firm and the State Department in enforcing child custody orders from California, because of his contacts with the Dubai Police Department. The children were returned to the mother to California and they are living happily together.

A fourth example, is of a local police department in southern California was in need of hiring several police officers. Due to the strict guidelines by the California Peace Officer Standard and Training (POST) the investigations are very time consuming for law enforcement investigators. Due to the fact the agency was short staffed and unable to conduct candidate backgrounds Mohammed Najar engaged with the executive staff of the agency to provide background investigations as a service to the agency. As a result, Najar Investigations conducted the police agency’s candidate backgrounds in a timely fashion and submitting their findings to the personnel sergeant for further review. At the conclusion of the contract, this particular police agency hired enough police officers in the allotted timeline. Currently the agency is fully staffed and their personnel department is successfully conduct background investigations internally.
